Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for clients in distressed situations.
• Design and execute customized restructuring and recovery strategies to improve financial performance and operational stability.
• Provide expert guidance on insolvency frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities to manage restructuring processes effectively.
• Prepare high-quality financial models, reports, and client presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Support negotiations and contribute to successful turnaround outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline (professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CIRA are a plus).
• Relevant experience in restructuring, insolvency, turnaround consulting, or financial advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE insolvency regulations and financial frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
