We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Sales Associate to join a growing organization in Dubai. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the financial and corporate services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and target markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives
• Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Lead negotiations and support contract discussions to successfully close deals

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals
