We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a well-established electromechanical contracting company in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing end-to-end MEP projects within a fast-paced and high-performance environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution, ensuring technical, financial, and operational efficiency while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute MEP projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and work programs
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
• Handle contractual and legal aspects related to project execution
• Ensure accurate client billing and timely payment collection
• Support procurement and logistics to ensure material availability
• Track progress and prepare detailed project reports for senior management
• Maintain quality standards and ensure successful project handover

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP contracting
• Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, scheduling, and resource management
• Experience managing subcontractors and resolving technical challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Client-facing experience with strong problem-solving abilities
