We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural systems for a wide range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems and components for various building types
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, safety standards, and international codes
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop project plans and technical drawings
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
• Prepare detailed structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Utilize industry-standard software to perform structural modeling and analysis
• Identify risks and propose effective engineering solutions
• Stay updated with the latest construction technologies, materials, and design practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification or license is an advantage
• Proven experience in structural design, preferably within the UAE or similar markets
• Strong knowledge of international and local design codes (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, UAE standards)
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and work on-site when required
