Join KEO International Consultants as a Commercial Manager and play a strategic role in driving financial performance across the PMCM (Project Management, Construction Management) Division. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong financial analysis expertise and experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure environments.
Role Overview
As a Commercial Manager, you will operate at a division level, focusing on financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance financial visibility, optimize cash flow, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Division-Level Financial Management
- Monitor and analyze revenue, margins, and cost structures across the PMCM Division
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Track key performance metrics including utilization rates and profitability
2. Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports
- Provide actionable insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvement strategies
3. Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely collections
- Lead payment follow-ups to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements in receivables management
4. Business Performance & Strategic Support
- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
- Develop and implement financial controls and reporting frameworks
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with finance teams, business unit leaders, and senior stakeholders
- Act as a key contact for financial performance discussions within the division
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, commercial management, or business analysis
- Minimum 5 years in senior roles within construction, infrastructure, or consulting environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
- Experience managing receivables and improving cash flow performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
