We are looking for experienced and target-driven Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a strong track record in selling life, general, and motor insurance products, and the ability to independently generate leads and close deals.

Role Overview

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle while consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
• Promote and sell life, general, and motor insurance products to individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage solutions
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to policy issuance
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on UAE insurance market trends, products, and regulations

Requirements

Mandatory

• 3–5 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE
• Proven track record of successfully closing insurance deals
• Strong knowledge of life, general, and motor insurance products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred

• Experience working with an insurance brokerage firm
• Understanding of UAE insurance regulations and market dynamics
