We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect – Project Delivery to join a leading international consultancy in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in delivering complex architectural projects from detailed design through to construction.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project delivery, ensuring design integrity, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams on large-scale developments across residential, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.

This position is best suited for candidates currently based in the GCC with prior experience in international or large-scale consultancy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural project delivery from detailed design through construction stages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, structural, and project management professionals
• Ensure design intent is maintained and executed to a high standard on site
• Contribute to early-stage design development where required
• Coordinate project documentation, technical drawings, and specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements
• Identify and resolve technical and design challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong expertise in project delivery stages (detailed design to construction)
• Experience working with international or large consultancy firms (non-contractor background preferred)
• Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and construction standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience delivering large-scale or complex projects under tight deadlines
• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits

• AED 30,000 – 38,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
