We are seeking an experienced Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost consultancy involved in a landmark airport development project in Dubai. This is a high-profile opportunity to contribute to a technically complex aviation program and play a critical role in delivering cost certainty during the early stages of project development.

The successful candidate will focus on pre-contract activities, including cost planning, estimation, and procurement strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders across large-scale infrastructure and aviation packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost plans, estimates, and benchmarking for aviation and infrastructure projects
• Support feasibility studies and assist in project budget development
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Prepare tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and procurement strategies
• Evaluate tender submissions and provide commercial recommendations
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure cost alignment
• Deliver accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis during pre-contract stages

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience in pre-contract cost planning and estimation
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract frameworks
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred:

• Experience working on large-scale aviation or infrastructure projects
• MRICS certification or currently working towards accreditation

Salary & Benefits

• AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
