We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Procurement & Tendering Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of IT procurement and tendering processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, compliance with technical specifications, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and services, along with excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and related services.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, RFQs, and RFPs in line with company policies and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to gather and define technical specifications.
• Research and identify reliable IT vendors, ensuring product compatibility, quality, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Ensure all procurement and tender activities comply with technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, installation processes, and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, compliance reports, and technical data.
• Analyze procurement costs and recommend strategies for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with finance and logistics teams for smooth delivery, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Assist in procurement planning, budgeting, and vendor strategy development.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
