We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and purchasing activities for facade and curtain wall construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement of facade materials, including aluminum profiles, glass, panels, and accessories
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, specifications, quality standards, delivery schedules, and packaging
• Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts for materials and components
• Monitor production schedules, international logistics, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
• Conduct material inspections and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, or defects
• Support cost analysis, budgeting, and tender/bid preparation processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and UAE regulations
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Engineering Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
• Experience in facade or curtain wall materials procurement in the Middle East is preferred
• Strong understanding of material specifications, industry standards, and international procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and cost-control skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and compliance standards
