We are looking for a skilled Technical Coordination Engineer to support facade and curtain wall projects by ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and on-site execution teams. This role plays a key part in resolving technical challenges and maintaining high-quality installation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify curtain wall shop drawings, structural calculations, and construction details
• Provide on-site technical support, including installation guidance, training, and clarifications
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation while optimizing solutions for performance and efficiency
• Manage technical documentation, including drawing revisions, material submittals, and approvals
• Coordinate between international (including Chinese) and local project teams to ensure clear technical communication
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
• Support continuous improvement of installation methods and facade system performance
• Maintain effective communication with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in facade design, engineering, or technical coordination
• Middle East experience, especially in UAE facade projects, is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and facade-related design software
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and solve on-site engineering challenges
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills in multicultural environments
• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
