We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Safety Manager to oversee and implement comprehensive safety practices for facade and curtain wall installation projects, particularly those involving work at height.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce a site-specific safety management system for facade installation works
• Conduct routine site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure timely corrective actions
• Manage safety permits, including work-at-height approvals and lifting operations compliance
• Deliver regular safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel
• Ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations, OSHA standards, and facade installation guidelines
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, including inspection reports and incident records
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent UAE-recognized safety certification
• Minimum 4 years of construction safety experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE
• Prior experience in facade or curtain wall projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, emergency response, and work-at-height safety practices
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a multicultural environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to regional work culture and regulatory environments
