Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all IT operations within a leading manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and implementing cost-effective technology solutions to support business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network management, system administration, and IT strategy within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations Management

• Lead and manage daily IT department operations

• Oversee hardware, software, network, and communication systems

• Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure

Technology Strategy & Implementation

• Recommend and implement efficient and cost-effective IT solutions

• Align IT systems with business objectives and operational needs

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve productivity

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage enterprise networks, servers, and computer systems

• Ensure system security, data integrity, and backup processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and network issues

Vendor & Procurement Management

• Review and evaluate proposals for IT equipment and software

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and system implementation

• Ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical leadership and support to IT teams

• Identify system improvements and drive efficiency initiatives

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Manager, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong expertise in network administration and system troubleshooting

• Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
