We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer – Environment & Sustainability to join a dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in environmental management and waste solutions across diverse projects in the region.

Role Overview

The Graduate Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of waste management and environmental services. Working under senior supervision, you will contribute to sustainable project delivery while ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing waste characterization and management activities

• Support the development of solid waste strategies, infrastructure designs, and feasibility studies

• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and international best practices

• Contribute to research, technical reports, and environmental assessments

• Assist in preparing tender submissions and supporting business development initiatives

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions

• Support site activities and fieldwork as required

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Environmental, Civil, or a related discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles considered)

• Basic understanding of solid waste management systems and sustainability practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)

• Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D is advantageous

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel and participate in site-based work

• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
