They are currently seeking a highly experienced Director of Planning to lead and oversee the planning function across a diverse portfolio of large-scale developments.

Role Summary

The Director of Planning will play a critical leadership role in defining and executing project planning strategies across multiple high-profile developments. This position requires expertise in project controls, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead master planning, scheduling, and project controls across multiple developments

• Establish and implement planning frameworks, standards, and best practices

• Manage, mentor, and optimize the performance of planning teams

• Review and approve project schedules, progress reports, and risk analyses

• Collaborate with development, design, and construction teams for seamless execution

• Deliver executive-level reports with insights on project performance and progress

• Identify potential risks and delays, and develop effective mitigation strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in planning within real estate development or construction

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, complex projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines
