Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Finance Lead to manage the finance workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA retail transformation program. This role is responsible for designing financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling financial consolidation across multiple entities and geographies.

You will play a key role in aligning finance systems with business operations, ensuring seamless integration with logistics, supply chain, and retail processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement finance processes including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Credit Management.

• Define financial structures such as company codes, profit centers, and reporting hierarchies.

• Ensure integration between finance, logistics, supply chain, and master data governance.

• Lead configuration of tax determination, statutory reporting, and financial consolidation processes.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations across multiple markets.

• Support finance transformation initiatives including change management, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP finance solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 12–15 years of experience in SAP Finance or ERP implementations.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).

• In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and financial consolidation.

• Experience with tax configuration and statutory reporting requirements.

• Understanding of multi-entity and multi-country financial structures.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
