Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead to drive the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes within an SAP S/4HANA retail transformation program. This role focuses on optimizing procurement, inventory management, forecasting, and fulfilment strategies to support seamless omnichannel retail operations.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and integrated supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end supply chain architecture covering procurement, inventory management, and order fulfilment.

• Lead business workshops to design forecasting and replenishment strategies aligned with retail demand.

• Ensure integration between warehouse management systems, store operations, and e-commerce platforms.

• Establish governance for master data management, including materials, vendors, and purchasing structures.

• Align supply chain processes with retail merchandising and inventory visibility strategies.

• Lead system testing cycles, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment readiness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system adoption.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).

• Deep understanding of inventory management and retail supply chain processes.

• Experience in omnichannel fulfilment strategies across retail environments.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA supply chain architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in leading large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
