Key Account Executive – B2B International Ventures

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Executive – B2B Sales to join a fast-growing international ventures division in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and business development who are confident in managing the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and delivering customized solutions for clients across multiple industries including AI, fintech, healthcare, and emerging technologies in the MENA region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target markets and industries.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to proposal submission and contract closure.

  • Conduct proactive outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and phone calls to connect with key decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and client solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activities, and client communications within the CRM system.

  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and participate in meetings with prospective clients.

  • Represent the company professionally while promoting innovative business solutions.


Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in professional or corporate services

  • Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM

  • Strong English communication and presentation skills

  • Arabic language skills are considered an advantage

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following strategic guidance


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 16,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
