About the Role

Sembol İnşaat is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Structural & Concrete Works to oversee structural construction activities for high-end luxury building projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will manage site operations related to reinforced concrete and structural works, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage structural and reinforced concrete works including foundations, slabs, columns, and core structures.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth site operations.

• Monitor quality control procedures and construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Review and approve method statements, work programs, and progress reports.

• Resolve technical and structural challenges that arise during construction.

• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.

• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects.

• Extensive experience in structural and reinforced concrete works for luxury or high-rise building projects.

• Strong experience working with international consultants and high-end construction standards.

• Excellent leadership, project management, and site coordination skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in GCC construction projects.

• Knowledge of construction planning, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
