About the Role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a CRM Associate – Customer Analytics to join its data and marketing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you will support CRM and analytics initiatives by analyzing customer data, executing targeted campaigns, and delivering insights that improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and personalize communications across multiple digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data and behavioral insights to improve engagement and retention strategies.

  • Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, mobile app push notifications, WhatsApp, and clienteling platforms.

  • Build and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Create targeted customer segments based on demographics, purchase behavior, and engagement patterns.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as engagement rate, conversion rate, revenue uplift, and unsubscribe rates.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing, content, trade, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.

  • Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.

  • Contribute to loyalty initiatives such as the MUSE loyalty program through segmentation and targeted offers.

  • Work with large datasets including eCommerce, retail, app usage, and web analytics data across GCC and USA markets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and campaign analytics.

  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) analytics.

  • Data querying skills using SQL, Google BigQuery (GBQ), or Python.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams.

  • Understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics within the GCC region.

  • Commitment to data governance, privacy standards, and ethical analytics practices.
