Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Zoho Technical Support Specialist for a 6-month contract role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for a technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in Zoho applications who can provide reliable support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure seamless functionality across the Zoho ecosystem.

You will play a key role in supporting end-users, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with internal IT and development teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support for Zoho applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho suite products.

• Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues with development and IT teams.

• Assist with system configuration, user setup, and basic customization.

• Conduct user guidance sessions and prepare support documentation.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

• Maintain detailed records of support tickets, resolutions, and recurring technical issues.

• Identify trends and proactively suggest system enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Zoho application support or administration.

• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and related Zoho products.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience in UAE-based technical support roles is an advantage.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.

Salary

AED 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
