As a Luxury Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in achieving individual and store sales targets while creating memorable, personalized shopping journeys for every guest.

This position is ideal for a customer-focused retail professional passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and building long-term client relationships in a dynamic omni-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using an omni-channel approach.

• Collect and analyze customer insights, including buying behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to support business reviews.

• Provide pre-buying feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

• Promote and enroll customers in the Group’s loyalty program and digital platforms.

• Ensure accurate customer data capture in line with CRM and marketing guidelines.

• Support in-store marketing activations, events, and seasonal campaigns.

• Maintain adherence to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure click-and-collect services are completed within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Drive sell-through and contribute to store performance optimization.

• Stay up to date with brand campaigns, social media activities, and new collections.

• Contribute feedback on store operations, customer experience (CX), and improvement opportunities.

• Support people initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and culture.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion sales is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
