We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a leading regional retail organization based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, retail materials, and digital platforms across multiple regional markets.

This position requires strong collaboration with regional marketing teams and the head office to ensure brand consistency, timely execution, and alignment with global campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and in-store retail materials.

• Create and adapt both static and animated content (including After Effects animations) for regional campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with regional marketing and retail teams to execute market-specific design requirements.

• Coordinate with the central brand and marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and objectives.

• Localize and adapt global creative assets while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.

• Ensure all final artwork is reviewed and approved by the head office before distribution.

• Support seasonal launches, campaign rollouts, and ongoing regional design needs.

• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications.

• Manage production processes, including coordination with printers and external vendors.

• Deliver all creative work in line with marketing calendars and deadlines.

• Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate effectively across different time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design within retail, sports, or consumer brand environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and animated design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.

• Experience adapting global assets for regional markets.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is preferred.

• Nationalities preferred: India, Philippines, Sri Lanka.

Salary

AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
