We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Executive to join our expanding software company in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is passionate about optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, enhancing internal workflows, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities across departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.

• Collaborate with sales, development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and SOPs.

• Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE regulations.

• Support automation initiatives and system integrations to streamline processes.

• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience within the software or technology sector.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Salary

AED 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
