We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing software company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology solutions, understands business needs, and excels at building strong client relationships. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored software solutions in a competitive UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE software market

• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline

• Actively prospect and engage potential clients

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Understand client business challenges and propose suitable software solutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Sales & Negotiation

• Deliver compelling product presentations and software demonstrations

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in software or technology sales

• Strong understanding of software solutions and their business applications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred

• Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings
