In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and capability pitches

• Negotiate terms of business in line with company policies

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers

• Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges

• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure effective delivery of staffing solutions

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Market Presence & Reporting

• Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry functions

• Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility

• Maintain CRM/ATS systems with accurate pipeline updates

• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and performance updates

Requirements

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management

• Recruitment industry experience is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers

• Target-driven mindset with strong self-motivation

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ATS experience is a plus

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
