About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Client Servicing Executive to join a dynamic advertising agency in Dubai.
This role focuses on managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating integrated, digital-led campaigns. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and high-quality delivery across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment with a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client objectives and ensure campaign alignment with business goals

Provide proactive updates and ensure client satisfaction
Digital Campaign Coordination

Coordinate the execution of campaigns across social media, paid media, websites, and digital activations

Work closely with creative, digital, and production teams

Ensure timely asset delivery and campaign launches

Monitor timelines and manage deliverables within agreed deadlines
Briefing & Internal Collaboration

Prepare clear and structured briefs for internal teams

Ensure alignment between creative output and client expectations

Facilitate smooth communication between clients and agency stakeholders
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Compile campaign performance reports using data from digital specialists

Translate analytics into actionable insights and client-friendly recommendations

Track KPIs and support optimization strategies
Market & Competitor Insights

Conduct market and competitor research
-
Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices
Event & Activation Support

Assist in coordinating digital components of events, launches, and activations

Support integrated campaigns combining online and offline touchpoints
Project & Time Management

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Identify potential risks or delays and escalate when necessary

Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing within an agency environment

Strong understanding of digital channels (social media, paid media, websites, email marketing)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is an advantage
