We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT products and solutions, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored technology consultations in a competitive and fast-evolving market. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote IT products and services

• Develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

• Consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives

Client Consultation & Solutions

• Conduct needs assessments to understand client business requirements

• Recommend tailored IT solutions aligned with client objectives

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth solution deployment

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project timelines

• Support clients during onboarding and implementation phases

Market & CRM Management

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitors

• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates within CRM systems

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT sales or technology consulting

• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and consultative in approach

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
