About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join a leading Interior Fit Out company based in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical digital marketing professional with strong expertise in paid media strategy and lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to maximise ROI, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand positioning in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

• Manage budgets to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency

• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation

Full-Funnel Strategy Development

• Build and implement full-funnel strategies: awareness → consideration → retargeting → conversion

• Develop lead nurturing and remarketing workflows

• Align marketing efforts with sales objectives

Lead Generation & Optimisation

• Generate high-quality B2B and high-ticket B2C leads

• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI)

• Improve conversion rates through continuous testing and refinement

Tracking & Analytics

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools

• Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership

Collaboration & Strategy Alignment

• Work closely with design, content, and sales teams

• Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand positioning and revenue goals

• Support strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Proven expertise in paid media strategy and lead generation

• Experience marketing high-value services (interiors, real estate, events preferred)

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to optimise campaigns based on data and performance insights

• Experience working in competitive, high-ticket markets
