About the Role

We are seeking a welcoming, polished, and customer-focused F&B Host/Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team.

As the face of the venue, you will create outstanding first impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with the service team to support smooth daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating plans effectively

• Answer guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism

Operations Support

• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area

• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover

• Support guest flow during peak hours

• Assist with basic service needs when required

Brand & Presentation

• Uphold high standards of hospitality and grooming

• Ensure brand presentation standards are consistently maintained

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or F&B setting (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Warm, confident, and guest-focused personality

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using reservation systems (training provided if needed)
