About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Clinical Quality Analyst (UAE National) to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong experience in hospital quality management and performance improvement. You will play a critical role in monitoring clinical standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality enhancement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Quality Monitoring

  • Monitor and evaluate clinical quality standards across hospital departments

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and evidence-based practices

Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

  • Support preparation for inspections and external audits

Audit & Performance Improvement

  • Conduct clinical audits and gap analyses

  • Support quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans

  • Track performance indicators and monitor outcomes

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse healthcare performance data

  • Prepare detailed quality and compliance reports

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Collaboration

  • Work closely with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams

  • Promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement


Requirements

Nationality

  • UAE National (Emirati)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a hospital setting

  • Proven experience in quality management or healthcare performance improvement

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory compliance

  • Experience with hospital accreditation frameworks

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
