About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a well-established Dubai-based design studio recognised for strong leadership, excellent staff retention, and a clear international expansion strategy.

The studio operates within a defined niche, delivering purposeful, commercially sound projects that are highly regarded within their sector. They are seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused Senior Interior Designer who is confident leading projects from briefing through to construction and handover.

This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of delivery and protects design quality at every stage — not just at concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects across all stages, from briefing and detailed design through to construction and handover

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure seamless project execution

• Manage internal design teams and mentor junior designers

• Produce, review, and oversee technical documentation to maintain design integrity

• Act as a key client contact, building trust through clear communication

• Work within established studio systems while contributing to ongoing process improvements

• Utilise Revit (highly beneficial; training support available for the right candidate)

Candidate Profile

You are an Interior Designer or Interior Architect who is genuinely comfortable delivering projects end-to-end. You understand how concepts translate into technical packages and built outcomes, and you take responsibility for quality, coordination, and execution throughout.

You value structure, clarity, and professional standards. You perform best in studios that invest in their people, promote long-term growth, and care about delivering meaningful, well-executed work.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering interior design projects across all stages

• Strong technical design knowledge and understanding of construction processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards

• Confidence working with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Background in workplace design or another transferable design sector

• Interest in continuous improvement within a growing international studio

• Revit proficiency highly advantageous
