Job Overview

NOK MENA General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, international shipments, documentation, and supplier/customer contract management.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive or general trading environments, with excellent knowledge of international trade procedures, SAP, and multilingual communication skills (English and Russian mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle supply chain operations, ensuring timely flow of raw materials and finished goods from suppliers to customers.

• Coordinate information flow between suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure smooth shipment movement.

• Manage import, export, and cross-trade shipments, including one-pack and resale orders.

• Receive purchase orders and coordinate with procurement to prepare commercial offers and pricing analysis.

• Discuss purchasing organization and order terms directly with customers.

• Prepare and manage all required documentation, including:

  • Commercial invoices

  • Certificates of Origin (Ministry of Economy / Chamber of Commerce)

  • Customs documentation

  • Shipping and export documents

• Draft and conclude contracts with suppliers and customers, including additional agreements.

• Maintain internal registers for suppliers, customers, sales records, and supply calendars.

• Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS, ISO standards, and international trade regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain/logistics role (automotive or general trading preferred).

• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, international trade regulations, and ISO requirements.

• Fluency in English and Russian (mandatory).

• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of contract management and procurement best practices.

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
