SAFE TECHNICAL SUPPLY COMPANY LLC is seeking a motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer – Marine Division to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the GCC region.

This role combines technical expertise with solution-based selling, focusing on marine products and engineering services for shipyards, vessel owners, offshore operators, and marine contractors. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, technically strong, and capable of building long-term client relationships within the marine sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine industry (shipyards, vessel owners, offshore companies, marine contractors).

• Promote and sell marine equipment, engineering products, and technical service solutions.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to assess requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments (service, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order processing and project delivery.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, contracts, and payments to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer records within CRM/ERP systems.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support business strategy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and marine industry standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the marine or offshore engineering sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.

• Strong technical knowledge of marine equipment and services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
