Job Overview

Sembol Inşaat is seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Logistics Foreman to oversee and coordinate on-site logistics operations for major construction projects in Dubai.

This role is essential to ensuring smooth site operations, efficient material flow, timely deliveries, and strict compliance with safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and the ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel on-site.

• Plan and manage logistics operations including delivery scheduling, inventory tracking, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to streamline workflow and prevent delays.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and UAE safety regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, stock levels, equipment usage, and logistics records.

• Identify and resolve logistical challenges promptly to avoid disruptions to construction progress.

• Train and supervise logistics staff and laborers to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within construction projects.

• Strong understanding of construction site logistics, operations coordination, and safety protocols.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in dynamic site conditions.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and scheduling tools is an advantage.

• Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
