Job Overview

Sembol Inşaat is seeking an experienced and highly competent RC Works Chief to lead reinforced concrete operations on major construction projects in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in reinforced concrete (RC) works, strong site management capabilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all reinforced concrete (RC) activities on-site in accordance with approved structural drawings and specifications.

• Supervise RC teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

• Interpret structural drawings and technical documentation to plan and execute RC works accurately.

• Monitor progress against project schedules and proactively address delays or technical challenges.

• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and planning teams to maintain timelines and resource allocation.

• Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to ensure structural integrity and workmanship standards.

• Prepare detailed reports on progress, workforce performance, and material consumption for senior management review.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in reinforced concrete works within the construction industry, preferably on large-scale or high-rise projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of RC construction techniques, materials, and quality control procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret structural and shop drawings confidently.

• Proven leadership experience managing site teams and subcontractors.

• Strong problem-solving abilities in complex site environments.

• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety compliance.

• Excellent communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

• Willingness to work in Dubai, UAE.
