Position Overview

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading creative technology firm in Dubai specializing in immersive experiences, interactive installations, digital storytelling, and integrated marketing solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Producer to lead end-to-end creative production across experiential, film, and digital projects. This role requires a visionary yet execution-focused professional who can bridge creative ambition with technical feasibility while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle creative production from concept development through execution and final delivery.

• Develop and visualize creative ideas using AI-powered tools for concepting, storyboarding, look development, and pitch materials.

• Translate creative concepts into actionable production roadmaps aligned with technical workflows and delivery pipelines.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including visual artists, motion designers, developers, and technical specialists.

• Oversee AI-augmented creative workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Ensure consistency in storytelling, visual language, and brand experience across all outputs.

• Support client pitches with high-impact visual presentations and production strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• 35 years old and below.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in creative production across experiential, film, or digital environments.

• Proven ability to bridge creative, technical, and operational teams.

• Strong visual sensibility and storytelling capability.

• Highly organized with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with immersive technologies or interactive environments is a strong advantage.

Compensation

• Salary: AED 18,000 – 21,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
