Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the Senior Vice President – Fashion. This role requires exceptional discretion, agility, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced executive environment.

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the SVP, ensuring seamless coordination of executive communications, travel logistics, reporting, and high-level stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements (flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries).

  • Prepare, review, and quality-assure executive presentations, strategy decks, budgets, and reports.

  • Record accurate meeting minutes, maintain action trackers, and follow up on key deliverables.

  • Coordinate leadership events, town halls, offsites, and internal engagements in collaboration with People Partners and Communications teams.

  • Share timely internal and external updates (LinkedIn, internal portals, corporate communications).

  • Monitor travel budgets and costs to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Serve as a professional and discreet point of contact for senior leaders and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership (fashion or retail industry experience preferred).

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proven experience managing executive-level travel and event logistics.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
