Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents

Drive sales performance in the secondary (resale) property market

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share

Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers

Monitor team KPIs and ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved

Recruit, train, and retain high-performing agents

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards
Requirements

Proven experience in the UAE real estate market

Strong specialization in the secondary market (resale properties)

Must bring an existing team of real estate agents
