Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable Business Setup & Company Formation Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will advise entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients on establishing their businesses in the UAE, ensuring a seamless setup process from consultation to post-licensing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on UAE company formation (Mainland & Free Zone).

• Guide clients through licensing, registration, and regulatory compliance procedures.

• Prepare and submit all required documentation to government authorities and free zones.

• Liaise with relevant UAE government departments to ensure smooth and timely approvals.

• Advise clients on visa processing, including UAE residency and Golden Visa applications.

• Assist clients with corporate bank account opening procedures.

• Coordinate internally on VAT, corporate tax, accounting, and compliance services.

• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through professional advisory services.

• Stay up to date with UAE business laws, regulatory updates, and market developments.

• Manage multiple client portfolios efficiently using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UAE company formation or business setup consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone regulations.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Confident, solution-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 8,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
