Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Operations Officer to support daily human resources functions across multiple business entities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR administration, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law, and delivering a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly confidential, and passionate about building efficient HR systems while supporting employees and management with professional HR services.


Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.

  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, amendments, and confirmations.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and timesheets.

  • Support payroll processing by validating working hours, overtime, and deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour regulations.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Medical Insurance Coordination

  • Manage employee enrollment, renewals, and updates with insurance providers.

  • Provide support to employees regarding medical claims and coverage queries.

Government & Compliance Coordination

  • Handle GPSSA registrations and maintain contribution records.

  • Liaise with PRO services for visa processing, Emirates ID, and labour documentation.

  • Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

Employee Relations & Performance Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related employee queries.

  • Support probation reviews and confirmation processes.

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation records.

  • Help manage disciplinary procedures and employee concerns professionally.

Policy, Reporting & HR Systems

  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with legal and internal standards.

  • Assist with updating HR policies and procedures.

  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment status.

  • Maintain HR dashboards and trackers for operational visibility.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally within the UAE.

  • Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
