A global technology solutions provider is seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Renewals Coordinator to support account management and customer retention initiatives in Dubai. This opportunity is presented by Hays, a leading international recruitment and workforce solutions organization.

Role Overview

The Sales & Renewals Coordinator will play a key role in managing the renewal lifecycle, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer retention rates. Working closely with the Partner Account Manager, you will coordinate administrative, reporting, and client support activities to deliver a seamless renewal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative processes of the renewal cycle to ensure timely and successful contract renewals.

• Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding billing, contracts, and renewal terms.

• Prepare renewal forecasts and generate performance reports.

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction.

• Stay informed on product updates and communicate relevant changes to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in renewals, sales coordination, or account support, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Salary
