A private family office is seeking an experienced Senior Property & Projects Manager to oversee the delivery, operation, and long-term performance of a portfolio of premium residential and commercial assets in Dubai. Role Overview

This role blends project management, technical oversight, and asset operations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will manage consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure properties are delivered, maintained, and operated to the highest luxury standards while safeguarding asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects for high-end residential and commercial properties, ensuring delivery aligns with design intent, budget, and timelines.

• Act as the central liaison between leadership, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

• Support design development, technical coordination, and value engineering without compromising quality or vision.

• Monitor project and operational budgets, tracking costs and preparing concise reports for senior management.

• Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs to maintain asset performance and longevity.

• Oversee building systems including MEP, BMS, AV, and home automation, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

• Respond to property-related issues and emergencies, coordinating timely and effective solutions.

• Manage procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoicing matters.

• Maintain complete technical documentation such as as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and compliance records.

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a senior property, project, or technical asset management role.

• Strong site-based experience managing consultants, contractors, and specialist trades.

• Proven track record working with luxury, bespoke, or high-value properties.

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, MEP systems, and construction methodologies.

• Working knowledge of BMS, home automation, AV, and IT infrastructure.

• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.

• Familiarity with premium materials, finishes, and integrated building systems.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• UAE driving licence preferred (or ability to obtain one).

• Fluent English required; Arabic or Hindi is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 25,000 – 30,000 (inclusive of allowances).
