A leading global civil engineering specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee reinforced concrete (RC) repair and structural rehabilitation projects in Dubai. Represented by NSR Associates, this opportunity is with a market-leading contractor known for delivering complex structural repair solutions across commercial and infrastructure developments.

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of projects ranging from AED 3M to AED 30M, managing planning, execution, and delivery of concrete repair, strengthening, and post-tension works across both vertical and horizontal structures. The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to manage fast-paced environments, including live operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for RC repair and structural strengthening works.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage site operations, workforce, subcontractors, and client relationships.

• Oversee works on active facilities such as shopping malls and high-profile developments requiring phased or night-shift execution.

• Manage project scheduling, logistics, and critical path activities to meet demanding deadlines.

• Adapt to design changes, evolving scopes, and accelerated timelines while maintaining cost and quality control.

• Conduct risk assessments and resolve technical and operational challenges proactively.

• Coordinate pre-construction planning, including methodology, materials, and access strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards across all project phases.

• Report directly to the UAE Divisional Manager with full accountability for project performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience as a Site Agent or Project Manager delivering civil and concrete repair projects.

• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction to completion.

• Demonstrated career progression, stability, and successful project delivery history.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.

• Expertise in concrete rehabilitation, post-tension systems, and structural strengthening techniques.

• Excellent communication, client management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage demanding schedules, including shift-based operations when required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 24,000 – 31,000 (based on UAE experience).
