Sales Executive – Horeca Non Food

A well-established supplier to the GCC hospitality sector is seeking a dynamic HORECA Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The company is recognized for delivering premium-quality uniforms, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and small kitchen equipment to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses across the region.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new HORECA clients within the assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell the full range of non-food hospitality products and services.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with offerings.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets within established timelines.

  • Apply a consultative selling approach to overcome objections without relying on heavy discounting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HORECA sales or a similar B2B role.

  • Strong understanding of the GCC hospitality market and its key players.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and organize sales activities independently.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

  • AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

  • Commission structure

  • Health insurance

  • Annual air ticket

  • Car allowance and business expenses

  • 5-day working week (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM) with limited remote flexibility
