An established engineering solutions provider is seeking a results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to support business growth in Dubai. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver customized HVAC solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas and commercial sectors.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from technical evaluation and proposal development to project execution and payment follow-up—while ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete sales cycle including estimation, proposals, presentations, negotiations, order execution, and collections.

• Provide technical consultation on HVAC system design, selection, and implementation tailored to client requirements.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

• Lead techno-commercial discussions and coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.

• Collaborate with manufacturing units and cross-functional departments to ensure timely execution.

• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver responsive after-sales support.

• Support management with special assignments and strategic initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket services within Oil & Gas and commercial environments.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and contract negotiations.

• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for clients.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
