Role Overview
Chalhoub Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Associate – Digital Marketing to lead multi-channel digital campaigns and drive measurable growth across e-commerce and brand platforms. This role combines social media management, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
You will work closely with brand partners, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-impact digital strategies aligned with commercial objectives and customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management

Manage and optimize all social media channels while coordinating co-marketing initiatives with brand partners.

Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across search, social, and affiliate channels.

Drive growth through performance marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and basket-size optimization.

Maintain a structured marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely campaign delivery.
Performance & Analytics

Monitor campaign performance by channel and device, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and ROI.

Build tracking frameworks, attribution models, and KPI dashboards to measure effectiveness.

Analyze user journeys and behavioral data to recommend optimization strategies.

Produce detailed reports using analytics platforms to guide decision-making.
Optimization & Testing

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve engagement and conversions.

Adapt creatives and conversion points to maximize campaign effectiveness across audiences.

Continuously refine SEM/SEO initiatives and digital media strategies.
Budget & Partner Management

Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize daily spend to meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners to enhance campaign execution.

Identify opportunities to drive traffic growth and improve customer experience through strategic partnerships.
Strategic Insights & Innovation

Conduct deep-dive analysis across datasets to uncover growth opportunities and performance improvements.

Support initiatives focused on customer lifecycle, LTV, and retention strategies.

Stay current with emerging digital tools, trends, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, including at least 1 year in e-commerce or online retail.

Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major digital platforms.

Proven expertise in app promotion, user acquisition, and engagement campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Working knowledge of HTML, web analytics, and performance tracking tools.

Demonstrated experience in SEM/SEO strategy, campaign execution, and cross-channel reporting.
