An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a well-established real estate developer with a strong presence across the Middle East and growing exposure in Europe. This position is based in Dubai and is being recruited through Hays.

This role plays a vital part in supporting sales and marketing operations by managing inbound leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple international offices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track all incoming marketing and sales leads across global channels.

• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Generate performance and pipeline reports using Salesforce.

• Support marketing and sales teams with administrative coordination and documentation.

• Ensure consistent data management practices and timely system updates.

• Assist with internal reporting, lead allocation, and campaign tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a real estate organisation in the region is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of SAP systems.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data management skills.

• Ability to commute to the office four days per week.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
