Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design engaging showroom experiences and visually compelling product presentations. This role combines interior styling, space planning, and merchandising strategy to enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand identity, and drive sales across physical and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Styling & Display

• Style furniture displays and create inspiring spatial layouts that reflect the brand’s visual identity.

• Plan and execute showroom floor arrangements to maximize product appeal and customer flow.

• Develop mood boards, styling concepts, and layout plans for seasonal collections and launches.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

• Provide clients with interior styling advice and space-planning recommendations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and support deal closure.

Content & Campaign Styling

• Work closely with the photography and marketing teams to style products for campaigns, website visuals, and social media content.

• Ensure visual consistency across showroom displays and digital platforms.

Design & Planning

• Prepare styling guides, design concepts, and room layouts aligned with brand aesthetics.

• Maintain high standards in color coordination, material combinations, textures, and visual storytelling.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in visual merchandising or interior design, ideally within premium furniture or lifestyle brands.

• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create cohesive and inviting environments.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software.

• Understanding of spatial planning, display composition, and photography styling.

Other Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
