Role Overview
Join Chalhoub Group as a Marketing Associate, supporting leading luxury brands including Jacquemus, Farm Rio, and Ferragamo across the UAE and KSA markets.
This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys coordinating campaigns, events, and omnichannel activations while working closely with commercial, PR, and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Support the execution of brand marketing plans in line with guidelines, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate events, in-store activations, product launches, PR initiatives, and 360° campaigns.

Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate services, and manage operational execution.

Work closely with store teams to align on content, launches, catalogues, and promotional activities.

Assist in developing launch decks, lookbooks, and e-catalogues for key collections.

Share campaign content with malls, CRM teams, and regional stakeholders.
PR, CRM & Market Insights

Coordinate with PR agencies on product loans, samples, and media activations.

Support CRM initiatives including newsletters, clienteling pushes, and loyalty engagement.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.

Contribute to English (and preferably Arabic) copywriting for marketing materials.
Administrative & Operational Support

Coordinate with supply chain teams on product deliveries, transfers, and logistics.

Manage supplier onboarding, permits for mall activations, and shared digital assets.

Oversee sample handling, gifting logistics, and documentation management.

Support purchase order issuance, budget tracking, and invoice monitoring.
Reporting & Budget Management

Maintain monthly trackers, reports, and business calendars.

Monitor marketing investments, accruals, and invoice status.

Assist with campaign performance analysis including ROI, traffic, conversion, and sell-through metrics.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a 360° marketing role (trade marketing, PR, digital, CRM, or events), ideally within a luxury fashion brand.

GCC/UAE experience with a strong understanding of regional consumer behaviour.

Experience coordinating agencies, events, and retail activations.

Knowledge of customer touchpoints, mall marketing, CRM tools, and omnichannel campaigns.

Proactive, organized, and confident personality with strong communication skills.
